Nope! Customer service went down hill from my initial experience with them a year ago. I've had trouble reaching out to them recently. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my insurance the day before it was due for the year but they billed me anyway. I had to call progressive directly and I had to show proof that my new insurance started the same day I requested to cancel the progressive insurance. It was very upsetting. Like now I have to prove myself because Bundlebee didn't do they're job. Honestly, I should not be surprised. Like I said, they're service went down hill. Now I have to wait a week before I can get a refund of the almost 4 thousand dollars they charged me.

Upon Colleen Bundee for my insurance questions and help I spoke to Loretta I let her know about my situation and she was on it as soon as I sent her all the information that I needed the young lady at the front desk always made sure that we were on contact and what was going on. They were able to resolve and help me homeowners insurance they all did a great job every person in that office that I talk to I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of insurance. They answered my questions and took care of everything for me.

I highly recommend BundleBee insurance. If your in the Texas ,New Mexico area. I'm in Portland Oregon and had a last minute call from a company needing to do business in Texas for a project they where working on there. I was personally unable to assist them but did refer out to bundle Bee insurance.
